    The formatting is broken after page 85. The author just writes a lot of cuss words... for the sake of writing cuss words? After the first paragraph it’s just not funny anymore. It’s not like a funny Irish guy telling a story at a bar... it’s like some weird cat lady with blue hair had too much wine and is yelling at you and you can’t get a word in.

    Helpful in some areas . But I’m already stressed, and I feel like this stresses me out more. Makes me feel like there’s something way worst wrong with me, which I don’t believe so. Although she does offer good advice, but I would advise to read this book along with seeing a good therapist.

    This book helped me TREMENDOUSLY with understanding my anxiety depression etc a lot better and to understand why i was holding onto negative emotions that were effecting my everyday life, my relationship & me being a mother. It made me realize on my own what was going on with me and I’ve been living a happier more positive life because of it. The author was great with explaining mental illness and what it does to you. Would highly recommend for anyone who suffers or struggles with mental illnesses everyday and needs guidance to over come it and keep it under control!
