    Wow, has this book come to the rescue for those who cannot tolerate any gluten in their diets! I am not among that group, but I have avoided the Paleo Diet because one cannot have any bread. Well, this Paleo Bread recipe book solves that dilemma and allows you to eat many different types of breads using healthy alternates such as almond flour, coconut flour, and ground flaxseed. It also explains the Paleo in brief and gives some tips on implementation of the diet and recipes. Love it!

    For anyone thinking about beginning or longtime Paleo dieters this book is exceptional. Bread is one of the things that many have a hard time giving up. This book offers great easy recipes for not only bread but pizza dough, muffins and breadsticks as well. Excellent tips and ideas for following Paleo too.

    The recipes contained in this cookbook cover things like sandwich loaves, quick breads, and flatbreads. I am excited about the Coconut Poppy Seed Bread myself. They are a little complicated and best suited to someone already familiar with baking; someone who knows the difference between yeast breads and sweet breads, for example. Also included is a discussion of the paleo diet, tips for baking with paleo ingredients, and what foods are allowed on a paleo diet.

    After reading this book, I was convinced to give the Paleo diet a go. Using these recipes, I can still enjoy things I like such as pizza, muffins, or my favorite around this time of year, pumpkin bread! All the recipes sound really good. The book also talks about health and why being Paleo is important. It provides ideas to help create a successful journey while being Paleo.
